Who we are

Arifwork is a brand operated by NEVEN ACADEMY ASSAM ("Arifwork", "we", "us"). We build AI employees that answer calls, texts and chats for businesses (our "clients"). This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.

Information we collect

• From you, when you contact us: your name, business, email, phone number and anything you tell us when you book a demo or email us.
• On behalf of our clients: when someone calls, texts or chats with a client's AI employee, we process their phone number, name, messages, call recordings and transcripts, and appointment details. We do this only as a service provider to that client, under their instructions.
• Automatically: basic technical data our host collects to keep the site running (such as IP address and browser type). We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

• To reply to you, run demos and provide our services.
• To answer, qualify, book, remind and follow up with our clients' customers, as each client directs.
• To keep records of consent and opt-outs for calls and texts.
• To secure, maintain and improve our services. We don't use client conversation data to train shared AI models.

Text messaging

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the service, such as telephony, messaging, AI model, calendar and hosting providers, bound by contract to protect it. We may also disclose it if the law requires. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Clients can ask us to export or delete their customers' data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it). Email arif@arifwork.com to make a request. If you spoke with one of our clients' AI employees, we'll pass your request to that business and help them respond. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
