Who we are

Arifwork is a brand operated by NEVEN ACADEMY ASSAM ("Arifwork", "we", "us"). NEVEN ACADEMY ASSAM is the party you contract with when you use this website or our services.

Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. Our paid services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Our services

Arifwork configures and operates AI employees that answer calls, texts and chats, book appointments and follow up on a client's behalf. AI can make mistakes. Clients are responsible for reviewing the information their AI employee is trained on and for the services they sell to their customers.

Calls, texts and consent

Clients agree to use our services in line with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), carrier messaging rules and state call-recording and AI-disclosure laws. In particular, clients must have the required consent before their AI employee contacts anyone who hasn't reached out first, and must honor opt-out requests.

Text messaging program

Arifwork demo updates. If you check the text-message box when you request a demo, we'll text you about your request: scheduling, confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. These are not marketing broadcasts.

• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per demo request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email arif@arifwork.com.
• Consent to texts isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Founding client offer

Our setup fee is $500, charged once per client. For founding clients, meaning the first 10 HVAC companies that sign a client agreement under this offer, the setup fee is deferred: it becomes due when your AI employee books its first job. A "booked job" is a visit, estimate or appointment that your AI employee places on your connected calendar, as shown in your call log. If no job is booked within 30 days of your go-live date, the setup fee is waived in full. Monthly service fees are quoted in your client agreement and billed month to month, and either side can end the agreement as set out there. We'll confirm on your demo call whether the founding offer is still open.

Estimates aren't guarantees

Figures on this site, including the ROI calculator and example screens, are illustrations. They aren't promises of specific results.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to send spam, make unlawful robocalls, impersonate anyone, mislead consumers or break any law.

Intellectual property

The site and our software are owned by NEVEN ACADEMY ASSAM, trading as Arifwork. Clients own their business data and customer data.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Arifwork isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

For clients, the governing law and venue are the ones set out in your client agreement. For anyone else using this website, applicable law governs, and nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under the laws of the US state where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
